BDSI Conversion Calculator app for iPhone and iPad

This calculator is for healthcare providers who are interested in transitioning patients to a specific Schedule III opioid. To calculate the starting dose, simply select the patient’s current opioid (short-acting and/or long-acting), then select the dose and frequency. The BDSI Conversion Calculator will instantly provide the information needed to transition the patient.

This app is designed to work on an iPhone. It is built with the iPhone’s screen in mind with interfaces scaled accordingly. It will, however, work in iPhone compatibility mode when installed on an iPad. When running in iPhone compatibility mode, this app will appear on an iPad’s screen just as it would on an iPhone. You can choose to have it appear the same size as the smartphone’s display or scaled up and stretched to fill your tablet’s larger screen.
